Ooyama was one of the survivors from Caldari Prime, and has since the day he walked out of the rubble of his former life sworn to never again set foot on Caldanese soil.
He had given years of his life to protect the State, but was bereft of his family, unable to defend them himself and only fed promises that the State whould do so,, that was never kept.

Now living his life in the skies, with noone but himself and his comrades to answer to, he has started to try to regain some aspect of humanity,, though most that truly know him is fully aware that he never will.
