Need a titan or Super - We have very strict rules here....

1. Down Payment is made -= 10% of Purchase price - Non Refundable
2. We commence build but require good faith payments (between 3 and four) at regular intervals - these are also non refundable.
3. Final balloon payment on Delivery.
4. If you miss a payment we are within our rights to either extend, cancel or refund (part). This is at our sole discretion.
5. If we cannot deliver you will be notified and all monies paid are refundable immediately in full.
6. We understand some times payments cannot be made on time - people lose ships this is EVE afterall, however if you do not keep in contact with us about issues I will guarantee that the order will be cancelled and all funds paid are forfeit - we do not like holding on to unpaid for ships, worse wasting our time due to deliquent payments.
