Once Amarrian by birthright, now Amarrian by paperwork, Esra Aske Amphal severed ties with theology and Empire to pursue the quieter doctrines of scanning, scouting, and the occasional industrial distraction. Yet solitude is never complete without bureaucracy—thus the founding of his own sovereign state: the Statocracy of Anonymous Explorering, a grandiose name tragically misspelled in perpetuity.
Unbound by fleets, politics, or militarism, Esra rules as Executor, Minister, and Only Employee of this “statocracy.” He issues his own decrees, stamps his own forms, and occasionally threatens himself with sanctions. Despite its curious charter, the Statocracy’s guiding principle remains: see everything.
