Elevorot wasn't always the silent, broken man who operates the mining barges for Count Necrosis. He was once a decorated Nyx commander, leading drone squadrons through some of the New Eden's more brutal conflicts.
The transition from a warrior to miner was a conscious choice: tired of war, he sought peace and profit in the quiet, tamed sectors of space. He found success there, too, leveraging his tactical mind for resource acquisition rather than destruction.
His past caught up with him when Count Necrosis made an offer to buy his valuable deep-space claims. Elevorot, still carrying the pride and stubbornness of a fighter, refused outright. This rejection was an insult the Count could not abide. Instead of a battle of capital ships, the Count waged a war of sabotage and psychological warfare.
Necrosis's agents initiated a targeted electronic attack during a mining operation. The ensuing system shock sent a violent feedback loop through Elevorot's neural interface left him unconscious. Necrosis' agents then set to work, stabbing Skill Extractors into Elevorot's brain; wiping most of his memories, his personality, and his formidable tactical genius.
The once-proud commander of capital ships was reduced to a compliant, hollowed-out asset. He now operates the Count's Macinaw vessels with mechanical, souless efficiency. A chilling reminder that in the galaxy's cold vacuum, even the strongest wills can be mined for parts.
