Tesedeus was a student of Ctesibius in Ancient Alexandria. Ctesibius was a well known inventor who was the first person to come up with the current perception of time using a 60 second count,

Tesedeus later became know for making the first device to measure time using Wooden Gears and drops of water that turned the gears and rotating the arms attached to the gears, developing the first known "clock" using Ctesidbius's calculations.

I found this fascinating and decided the name needed some recognition but also needed something more. So I took the concept of "Prime Time" and Reversed it and used the original clock builder and the real father time because he actually made the first clock, Tesedeus Prime...
