Known to most as the Ammatar Slavehunter, Thorekai pledged his loyalty to the Amarr Empire. He fights for the Imperial Navy most days, and his ongoing ambition is to reach the status of Holder (historically acquired by few Ammatar).

Thorekai thoroughly enjoys anti-slave missions received from the Navy, and is often the firs to accept them. This morally dubious behaviour has earned him the nickname "Slavehunter".

The connections to his Minmatar ancestors have been all but severed, his ship crew including several Matari slaves. Traces of his ancestry can be found, not only in his tribal tattoos (which he wears to mock his Minmatar slaves and enemies) but also in his spiritual practices. The use of hallucinogenics (central to Sebiestor beliefs) is something he takes part in regularly.

This is, however, ignored by the Amarr, because of his military skills. Thorekai has never refused to strike a target in the name of the Empire, and he hopes to maintain this perfect record.
