The Hooligans are a long strewn group, built from the bones of broken family bonds rekindled in time. We stand strong to our beliefs of Democracy and allow the voting of Officers to go to the people for the People. We fly to not only persue our own goals but to work with our members to help them complete their own goals. We work along side in more then just the voids, we have several different areas of conflict where we rise together.
