A commissioned subsidiary of Ducia Foundry of Amarr, the Solitude Industrial Concern is a small 'wildcat' branch organization extending from the larger organization. They command a small fleet of mining vessels, a salvaging platform and proportional freight and security forces, though the legality of their resource extraction claims are questionable at best.
The region's inherent turmoil and adjacency to Amarr space proper provides enough of a bureacratic blanket to tie up any official complaints for the time being, and their willingness to grease the palms of local pirates and warlords covers much of the rest.
They are certified under Imperial standards for:
* Ore, Ice and Gas extraction under qualified foremen.
* High value salvage operations.
* Exploration and archeology.
* Wormhole resource extraction.
* Freight and hauling through hazardous territory.
* Illicit booster production and distribution.
