Welcome! I am please to introduce to you an alternative bounty hunting system known as the New Eden Bounty Hunter Initiative. I use the in-game mechanic, Freelance Jobs, to provide the currently missing bounty hunting system to New Eden. If you are interested in soliciting a bounty, please see the following rules and procedures:
Time Limitations
Individual Bounty and Group Bounty will be posted for only one month to accommodate the amount of demand.
Corporate Bounty will be posted for one month and up to a maximum of three months to accommodate the amount of demand.
Alliance Bounty will be posted for one month and up to a maximum of six months which is the maximum permitted for the in-game mechanics.
Combining a mixture of individual, corporation, and alliance in one bounty is permissible but only for one month to accommodate the amount of demand.
Reward Amount
The reward amount is determined by the requestor, but the minimum amount is 50,000,000 ISK. Receiving the reward for the bounty will be accomplished by in-game mechanics through Freelance Jobs – if you are doing it as a group, that is between your group in splitting the bounty.
Fees and payment
Fees are determined by the time limitation:
One month – 8,000,000 ISK
Three months – 24,000,000 ISK
Six months – 46,000,000 ISK
Rescinding and Refunds
Rescinding a bounty or requesting a refund for unclaimed bounty is not permissible. If bounty is not claimed by the time limitation it is forfeited and that is simply because I am not going to do a bookkeeping record.
How to Solicit
Send an in-game message to Hirl with the subject title of: “Posting a Bounty” and provide in the message the following information:
Who: Name of the character or organization
Amount of Reward: This amount will need to be 50M or greater
Desired time limit: One month, three months, or six months (note: 1 month is the max for character and mixed group)
Specific Ship Specifications (Optional): You can request to narrow the bounty to a specific class of ship that needs to be destroyed up to a maximum of 10 per in-game mechanic limitations. If left blank it will be open for all.
Once you send the in-game message, send your payment to: New Eden Bounty Hunter Initiative.
